OPS is dedicated to helping you achieve and surpass your athletic goals. Whether it's running faster, hitting harder, jumping higher, losing weight, gaining muscle, or just increasing your general athleticism OPS makes programs tailor made for your personal goals.

The Coach

Dave Osborn is the head coach at OPS. He has a Master's Degree in Applied Exercise Science and a B.S in Kinesiology. He is CSCS certified through the NSCA, a CISSN Sports Nutritionist, and a Level 1 Sports Performance coach through USAW. Dave comes from a collegiate strength and conditioning background working with multiple sports teams including rugby, soccer, football, softball, and volleyball. Dave specializes in programming for contact sports, body recomposition, and powerlifting.

The Gym

OPS is a private gym focused on athletic strength and conditioning and the sport of powerlifting. Every exercise and task is hand picked to make the client better at their respective sport/goal. OPS is not the place to come and workout aimlessly. OPS creates a custom program for you and then teaches you the methodology behind the program and exercises you perform. This way you improve both physically and mentally as an individual.
